Marisa Palance, Ph.D., LLP

Marisa currently practices as a limited license psychologist (LLP) with The Imagine Center for Psychological Health. She received her Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from the University of Detroit Mercy in 2010, and is currently a doctoral candidate for a PhD in educational psychology from Wayne State University, with expected graduation in 2016. 

In a clinical capacity, Marisa utilizes various techniques suited to the individual needs of her clients. These include solution-focused psychotherapy, client-centered psychotherapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She specializes in providing therapeutic intervention to adolescents and adults who struggle with anxiety, adjustment disorders, and depression. Additionally, Marisa conducts psychological assessments, developmental assessments, and neuropsychological assessments, and is an expert in the diagnosis of disorders such as Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
