Many of us experience problems in living from time to time, as we manage our intimate relationships, careers, children, financial burdens etc…. Often times, these problems can lead to feeling poorly about oneself or even to feelings of hopelessness or helplessness. Sometimes, these problems reach a magnitude where our level of distress or ability to function is affected. At these times, it can be very helpful to talk to a professional who can provide insight, support and perspective on these difficult issues. Although your issues may seem unmanageable to you now, with the right help, these problems can be overcome.

Treatment of one’s problems in living – our therapists will help you solve your problems in living. In our work together, you will learn the sources of your difficulties, whether historical or related to current life circumstances, in order to more effectively manage and overcome these problems. Therapy shouldn’t be a temporary solution to problems. Rather, it should produce meaningful and stable change.

Results from psychological assessment are quickly reported back to patients and their families in order to help you get on the right track toward getting the right help.

From initial intake interview, to psychological testing, to comprehensive followup appointments to explain your results, and effective counseling and therapy, we provide services that meet every client’s unique needs and goals.
We accept most insurance plans, including most Medicaid plans and Medicare. In the event that your insurance does not cover services, we will try to work with the individual financial needs of each patient and ensure that you are able to receive the services you want and need.
