  • At The Imagine Center, we will work hard to ensure that you are paired with the right therapist for you. We base this decision on your current circumstances and each therapist’s unique areas of expertise, as well as your personal preferences (for instance, gender, age, etc.). You may find that you feel a particular therapist is best suited to you after visiting the Our Staff tab.

  • The first appointment focuses on gaining a better understanding of what it is that brings you to our offices. Your therapist will work with you toward discussion of your concerns at the pace that is most comfortable for you. You can lead the way, with the expert assistance of our clinicians. Your therapist will serve as a guide to assist you in the process of achieving goals that you can achieve realistically.

  • The duration of your visits to The Imagine Center may vary! Your first appointment, the intake, can take anywhere from 30-60 minutes. Therapy appointments last between 45 and 60 minutes. Psychological and neuropsychological assessment consists of a 2-3 hour testing session, as well as a 60 minute followup results appointment.

  • The Imagine Center makes it a priority to be credentialed with every insurance provider, including most Medicaid and Medicare plans. We have never denied care to any patient due to financial problems. Our office will also verify your benefits on your behalf before your first appointment to guarantee that you are not left with any surprising bills. The Imagine Center will work with you to make financial arrangements and accommodations if your circumstance calls for special arrangements. Please call to discuss insurance and financial concerns at any time.

  • Confidentiality is a hallmark of our services. Our clinicians value your privacy and your comfort in discussing all matters, especially those which are sensitive in nature. All information discussed is completely confidential. Everything you choose to discuss will be kept between you and your therapist. Additionally, please familiarize yourself with your rights in regard to HIPAA guidelines for your protected health information.

  • Our licensed clinicians, including psychologists and social workers, offer talk therapy and evaluation services. While we do not currently have any psychiatrists or prescribing medical doctors on staff at this time, we do work alongside and maintain a strong referring relationship with a number a medical professionals (such as neurologists, primary care physicians, etc.) who are able to prescribe medication based on findings from your treatment (for instance, diagnosis of ADHD, depression, anxiety, etc.)
